Ananda Shankar Jayant presents her Bharatanatyam recital ‘Shringara Darpanam’ on December 21st at Krishna Gana Sabha, Chennai. Shringara Darpanam is an ekaharya production, with rare sankeerthanas of Annamacharya; set to music by Sathiraju Venumadhav and one song composed by Rallapalli Ananthakrishna Sharma, strung together in a flow similar to the moods and resonances of the Gitagovindam.
