Deepavali might be over, but the eighth edition of Bharat Sangeet Utsav, that came with it, is on a roll from November 3. This 10-day musical extravaganza will go on till November 12 with a confluence of some of the greatest names in Indian Classical music creating a celestial symphony. This musical fest organised by Carnatica and Sri Parthasarathy Swami Sabha, which is at times considered a prelude to the Margazhi concerts, will kick off in a grand manner with an inaugural concert by legendary carnatic musician M Balamuralikrishna, who will be performing Balamurali Gaanam.
