Kathak, one of the eight forms of the ancient Indian  Classical Dance, is performed as a means to narrate a Katha (or a story, in English) and this time, this dance narrated the story of domestic violence through its support for the Arizona South Asians for Safe Families (ASASF)along with the help of Golden Key International Honor Society. This performance was orchestrated by Ayoshna Ganesh, Shovna Mishra, and Nidhi Patel, students of Nrithyalaya Institute of Dance. It was presented at Neeb Hall at Arizona State University on 17th of August, 2013. Many of the featured pieces included tales of Krishna and also with a touch of romance novelty. This program signifies the completion of their graduation of the three beautiful girls as they master the arts of Kathak.
